Powdy (“the app”) is a table tennis league app for organizing tournaments. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you create an account we collect your email address and a display name. Within the app we store your tournament registration, payment status, and match results.
Solely to operate the league — sign-in, registration, scheduling, scoring, and rankings. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) to securely store this data. Their handling is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Entry fees are paid through Venmo, a third party. We do not collect or store any payment-card or bank information.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data anytime from Profile → Delete account in the app.
